Cindy Motaka, MPM, PMP, brings a wealth of corporate management experience to CCB. Before joining the team, Cindy held multiple senior leadership positions at Wayfair, directing programs in Operations management, coaching, and global employee experience. Cindy also held a position as Associate Director of Project Management with Expedite Research, LLC for three years where she worked closely with Clear Creek's current VP of Clinical Operations. Cindy earned her BA in English and Master’s in Project Management from Penn State University and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at the University of Southern Maine.
